Excellent service, I enjoyed all about the hotel.

Booked a double room with a mini-fridge-bar, central heating, and a work desk. The location was great, not too far away from Royal William Yard. The restaurant was good with good food and service. The staff was very friendly and amicable - I will come back...

A brilliant place for a night away. the basic single room features a mini-bar, a work desk, and television. the hotel staff is amicable, and the restaurant provides excellent service. the location is marvellous, situated on the hills and not far from the Karst Gallery.

Location of hotel on a mountainside offers and spectacular view for miles of several villages along the German Wine Street.

Ridiculously small RV size bathroom. You had to close the door to even turn around. The sink was literally in your lap when sitting on the toilet. Small shower stall and ill-fitting shower doors left floor wet. Not good for a room that cost $150 per night. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

Booked this hotel as a 1 night stop over, but wished we could have stayed longer. It turned out to be a gem, The hotel is situated in a quiet location overlooking Sankt Martin and has fabulous views across the countryside. The staff were very friendy and helpful, the room was quite big, clean and we even had a balcony, which was lovely to sit on and look at the views. The breakfast was a lovely surprise, the selection of food was enormous, and even had scrambled eggs and bacon, lovely!!!!! All in all a pleasant stay. A couple of comments, it could do with a swimming pool, and maybe some kind of a ramp at the side of the marble steps at the entrance for suitcases. these steps could also be a problem for disabled people getting into the hotel, but there might have been an alternative entrance, but didnt notice it.

The hotel is conveniently located near a delightful garden, perfect for enjoying pre-dinner drinks, and is also close to the restaurant. I frequently visited Sparky's Grill to pick up some delicious food. the guest room I booked featured a mini bar, a work desk, and a TV set, as well as a private bathroom equipped with all the essentials.

Great base for a 3-night stay with friendly and helpful staff. the restaurant offers excellent service and is outstanding overall. the basic room features particularly nice views over the valley, making it a delightful place to unwind.

Great view and location! The breakfast spread was quite impressive and the service was attentive. We especially loved the buffet-style dinner and the choice of 4 main dishes. The banqueting room was perfect for our family gathering, and we were impressed with the lovely spread.

Great Views and Cleanliness During our city trip, we stayed in a hotel that had an amazing view. the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch too. We loved how well-maintained the premises was. Plus, the location was just perfect for exploring the city, with key landmarks in close proximity.

Apart from that, we had a hard time sleeping because of the constant chatter and noise that echoed down the hallways.
